New Info! Jacob’s Porch - Cincinnati and the Pastoral Search Process

Jacob’s Porch will soon be serving college students and young adults not only in Columbus, Ohio, but coming in 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio as well!

If you are already a congregational partner of Jacob’s Porch or alumni donor, now your contributions will go twice as far! Along with many other partner congregations in Cincinnati, Jacob’s Porch - Columbus will provide training and financial support in the amount $20k per year for the first three years to this exciting new ministry. Jesus seemed to send two people to do most things, even to simply get a donkey (Matt 21), so as we launch this new ministry in Cincinnati, Ohio at the University of Cincinnati, we are sending a team to be on the ground together serving students. One part time staff person has already gotten to work while they wait for a new full time pastor to be hired.

In order to be a “Launch Congregation” you are simply committing to offer prayers of support, be among the first congregations that the incoming pastor will visit to share the vision of the ministry and have either a dollar amount that you are willing pledge (in any amount) or at this point, just the intent to pledge in the future.
